Our Prices

2023 nightly rate

  • $150/Night 

​same price for all weekends and holidays

  • $99 booking fee up front to hold dates

This is to reserve dates and will be a credit on the final bill.​

  • $1000 refundable security deposit

This will be due at check in ​

  • 2 Night Minimum for booking

Additional fees

  • Late return fee $120 - returned after 5pm on last day (unless previously coordinated)

  • 150 Miles per night of rental included then $.50 per mile charged your limit has been reached.

  • Gas/Propane fee $75 each plus cost of fuel if returned less than full

  • Sanitation fee $75 for emptying black/gray tank

  • Cleaning fee $0 if returned clean or up to $399 if not returned clean

  • Delivery fee $100 plus $.39/mile within 50 miles

  • No pet fee

  • No generator fee

  • No cleaning fee (if returned in same condition)

  • Late return can be coordinated with approval prior to trip

  • No fees for add on accessories that are available
